Sunday February 16th, the NC State Wolfpack and North Carolina Tar Heels faced off in an ACC matchup.
The No. 12 Tar Heels narrowly escaped the No. 10 Wolfpack by hitting 2 clutch free throws with 5.2 seconds left on the clock to put them up 66-65.
During the rivalry game, the teams went back and forth with lead changes and going on runs of scoring. Looking at the stats, UNC was severely outrebounded 55-35, which could be one reason explaining how close the game was.
