Eloise Pickering, Reporter
Eloise Pickering (she/her) is a senior at Winter Park High School, and this is her first year working as a reporter with the journalism department. Her first creative writing piece won a 1st place award with Winter Park Public Library’s annual short story contest, and has since been published. She is currently working on an immersive research project with Winter Park’s AP Capstone program. Eloise is also very involved in Winter Park’s Troupe 850 as the Thespian Chief Technical Officer, and greatly enjoys dedicating her time working in the Set Shop with other technicians and actors. In her spare time, she enjoys playing guitar, going to the library, and going to local music shows. She loves hiking and exploring her favorite musicians.
